Shock Rides Return Policy

At Shock Rides, we are committed to providing high-quality eBikes and accessories. To ensure the best experience for our customers, please review our return policy below before making a purchase.

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened, used, or ridden eBikes, parts, or accessories. Once a product has been unboxed and/or used, it is considered final sale.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product has not been assembled, modified, or ridden.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used eBikes, batteries, and parts
  • Any item with signs of wear, assembly, or use
  • Custom or special-order items

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at help@shockrides.com with your order details.
  2. Approval – If eligible, we will provide a return authorization.
  3. Shipping – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once received, we will inspect the product. If approved, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair or replacement under warranty.
